Released in May 1985 as the lead single from their third studio album, “7 Wishes”. The song achieved significant chart success, reaching number 8 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number 3 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock Tracks chart .
The video, directed by Jay Dubin (who also worked with artists like Aerosmith and Rod Stewart), features the band in a narrative reminiscent of an Amelia Earhart scenario, aligning with the album’s loose concept of the band flying across the ocean in a WWII B-25 Mitchell bomber. The band is portrayed as travelers on a sentimental journey, blending nostalgia with a touch of mystery and adventure.
