Pink Velvet Krush’s new EP, ‘F.S.O.A. (Fifty Shades Of Anything)’, is set for release on November 25th via HighVolMusic and today the band announced their new bassist.

The group’s new bassist is Shane West, formerly of Sacred Edge. “Shane officially accepted the job as of today and we’re all very excited,” says vocalist Doug ‘Savage’ Ramey. “Shane brings a wealth of talent and various elements that will broaden the band on every level.”

West replaces Steve Rivera, who recently departed Pink Velvet Krush. “Our former bassist Steve Rivera departed the band last month to pursue other opportunities important for him,” continued Ramey. “Steve was instrumental in helping to launch Pink Velvet Krush and we sincerely thank him for all that he did. Steve is still part of the family and we wish him well in his future endeavors.”

The ‘F.S.O.A. (Fifty Shades Of Anything)’ project was recorded last month at Red V Studios in New York with producer Vic Rivera (Adrian Gale, Poley/Rivera). Rivera also engineered, mixed and contributed backing vocals on the album. Firehouse guitarist Bill Leverty handled the mastering at Leverty Sound in Virginia.
