HERE COMES THE BRIDES FOR ALBUM NUMBER TWO:

Mascot Records in Europe has announced details for the new Brides Of Destruction album Runaway Brides. The second album for the band is due out September 13.

The track list is: Aunt Biente . Lords Of The Mind . Deadman's Ruin . Criminal . This Time Around . White Trash . Brothers . Never Say Never . Blown Away . Porcelain Queen . White Horse . Tunnel Of Love . Dimes In Heaven.

The blurb: "In spring 2004 Motley Crue bassist Nikki Sixx and former guitarist of LA Guns, Tracii Guns went into the studio to record the first Brides of Destruction release Here Comes the Brides. The album led the band to a video on Fuse and MTV 2, nearly 100,000 units sold worldwide, sold out tour dates with Turbo Negro, Amen, Alice Cooper, Korn, Slayer, Hoobastank and Bowling for Soup. Appearances on Jay Leno & Craig Kilborn, they hosted Headbangers Ball, the Fuse top 10 countdown, were on the cover of Kerrang, Classic Rock Magazine and Burrn Magazine, with a prestige's review in Rolling Stone Magazine. After Nikki Sixx agreed to reform Motley Crue, undaunted, co-founder Tracii Guns, lead vocalist London LeGrande and drummer Scot Coogan recruited former Amen bassist Scott Sorry.

Armed with a batch of strong new songs and a unified band spirit, this new incarnation has not lost its step. At the beginning of 2005 the band soon found themselves in the studio with veteran producer Andy Johns (Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, and Free). The result of this incredible union Runaway Brides is a staggering collection of street lethal rock and roll, imbued with both the classic rock & roll spirit and the edge of modern youth."

DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH FOR THE NEW BLACK N BLUE ALBUM:

A question often asked is "when will the new Black N Blue CD finally be released?" The answer to that question - not until next year I expect! Here's the latest news from Jaime St. James - who recently sent Hardrock Haven the scoop on a couple things all the Warrant and Black N Blue fans have been waiting for.

1. When is the new Black N Blue going to be released? It seems like it's been moved back a few too many times.

JSJ: "The new Black'N Blue recording Hell Yeah is about 60% finished, but currently on hold. Jef "Woop" Warner is engineering the record and he is building a new studio; unfortunately, he lost the first one we started with. Also working with Z-Records is a bitch (as far as getting paid). My joining Warrant has little to do with the delays. I have been available for two years off and on. The best way to find out when this thing will finally be released is to visit http://www.stjamesofficial.com."

2. Any updates on the new Warrant?

JSJ: "We have four more songs to mix next week (7/25/05) and then we master. The artwork is finished and everything sounds and looks great. Check out the new http://www.warrantweb.net coming soon that will be devoted to the new record, including song samples."
